Appointments

To schedule an appointment call (919) 850-9111. Our appointment schedulers will help you find an appointment time that is most convenient for you, often the same or next day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance. We will be glad to reschedule you at a more favorable time. Missed physician appointments will result in a $40 charge. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you!

To All Pedicure Patients

We are pleased to offer a nail care program that is supervised by podiatrists and executed by medically-trained technicians who use an autoclave for sterilizing equipment. In order to provide all patients the most prompt access to the salon, it has become necessary to implement the following policy: All pedicure appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed pedicure appointments will result in a $40 charge. We look forward to caring for you in the salon!

In order to save you time, please fill out the new patient packet, print the forms and bring them to your appointment. Due to HIPAA laws, we are not able to save the information you enter on these forms and submit electronically. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Insurance

Starting January 1, 2016 we will participate with the following insurance plans. Please call our office at (919) 850-9111 if you have any questions.

Some insurance plans require a referral from a primary care provider. Please check with your insurance to see if you need a referral before scheduling your appointment.

Billing And Financial Responsibility

Please be advised that missed physician appointments will result in a $50 charge to the patient. 

We now accept Care Credit.
